What Happens If We Notice a Problem?
If we find visible damage, a leak, an unsecured entry point, or another concern, we contact you so you can decide what needs to happen next.
Before your trip, provide your preferred contact method and, if needed, a local contact who can be reached while you are away.
Home Checks for Insurance Requirements
Some home-insurance policies require a property to be inspected at regular intervals when it is left unoccupied. If your policy includes this requirement, tell us the visit frequency and any specific inspection instructions provided by your insurer. We can build the home-check schedule around those requirements.
